Planning Details

Have questions about logistics, what to expect, or whether rafting is right for your wedding guests? We’ve got you covered.

Safety is our top priority. All trips are led by certified, experienced guides. Every guest gets a thorough safety orientation, proper gear (wetsuits, helmets, PFDs), and we’ll match your group to the appropriate river section based on guest ages and abilities.

If you have guests with specific concerns (older family members, people with medical conditions, varying comfort levels) we’re happy to discuss accommodations. Call us at 719-966-1570.

That’s completely normal for wedding groups. We’ll help you choose a trip that’s accessible for everyone. Our guides are skilled at making first-timers feel confident while keeping things fun for more experienced rafters. If your guest list has a very wide range, we can discuss splitting into different trip options.

Wedding activities often book well in advance, especially during peak wedding season (June-September). We recommend reaching out ahead to secure your preferred dates and times.

Wedding weekend activities often book well in advance, especially during peak wedding season (June-September). Advanced reservations are highly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. This is not always the case; especially during peak season and on weekends.

Yes. The Beach can be rented out for welcome parties, rehearsal gatherings, or post-rafting celebrations. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

We’ll provide detailed pre-trip information to share with your guests, but the basics are:

  • Clothes that can get wet (synthetic or quick-dry)
  • Secure footwear (no flip-flops)
  • Sunscreen
  • Towel and dry clothes for after

We provide all rafting gear (wetsuits, splash jackets, helmets, PFDs). We recommend guests leave valuables in their cars.

We take photos during the trip (available for purchase after), but if you’d like to bring your own photographer, we can discuss options. Photographers would need to be in a separate raft with a guide.

Once you submit a quote request, our team will follow up to confirm your guest count and dates, recommend the best trip options for your group, discuss venue rental options at The Beach if interested, and answer questions about logistics and coordination. There’s no obligation; just helpful guidance from people who’ve worked with hundreds of wedding groups.

If you’re still unsure, reach out. We’re happy to help.
