Ready to keep the party rolling? The Beach is right at the put-in for food, drinks, and live music once you are off the water. We can also coordinate photo packages, VIP seating, and group reservations.

Group Pricing, Logistics & The Beach

Pricing depends on trip length, party size, and date. Published rates run from $65 per person for a short float up to $555 per person for a two-day overnight, and group rates are available once your party hits a certain size. Tell us your numbers and we will quote it.

Then there is the part that makes this work as a bachelor or bachelorette party: The Beach. The Beach is our seasonal restaurant, bar, and outdoor venue at the River Runners Browns Canyon outpost, six miles south of Buena Vista at 24070 County Road 301. It sits directly at the Browns Canyon put-in, so your group walks off the river and straight into it. No second drive, no splitting the group across town.

Full bar. Cocktails, Colorado craft cans, domestic beer, and canned wine.
Food worth staying for. Fish tacos, sandwiches, and a kitchen and dining pavilion built for crowds.
Live music all summer. The Beach Music Series runs through the season with free and ticketed shows. Time your trip to a show night and the party plans itself.
VIP seating for bigger groups, reserved when you book your trip.
Private buyouts available. If you want the venue to yourselves, the whole space can be reserved. Availability is limited in June and July.

Rafting in the morning, lunch and drinks on the river bank in the afternoon, live music into the evening. That is the whole day in one place.

The River guide Shaun was excellent- he made the trip fun. He was a great coach in guiding us down River. Had a great experience with Courtney in making my trip reservation. She was easily the best guide I've ever rafted with, including my past runs on other rivers in Colorado, Tennessee, South Carolina & Georgia. Safety is our top priority. All trips are led by certified, experienced guides. Every participant gets a thorough safety orientation, proper gear (wetsuits, helmets, PFDs), and we’ll match your group to the appropriate river section based on experience levels and comfort.

That’s completely normal. Our guides are skilled at making first-timers feel confident. We’ll help you choose a trip that’s exciting but not overwhelming. Usually, the people who were skeptical end up having the best time.

No, alcohol is not allowed on the river for safety reasons. But after the trip? The Beach is right here with a full bar.

Bachelor and bachelorette trips book quickly, especially during peak summer weekends. Advanced reservations are highly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. This is not always the case; especially during peak season and on weekends.

Absolutely. We can help coordinate group reservations at The Beach so your crew has a spot to eat, drink, and keep the celebration going. We also offer VIP seating options for larger groups. Just let us know when you book.

Yes! Professional photos are available that capture 10-15 images of your group through the most exciting rapids. You can purchase them à la carte or as a package after your trip. This is a third-party service provided by Arkansas Valley Digital Imaging (AVDI).

We’ll provide detailed pre-trip information once you book, but the basics are:

Clothes that can get wet (synthetic or quick-dry)
Secure footwear (no flip-flops)
Sunscreen
Towel and dry clothes for after

We provide all rafting gear (wetsuits, splash jackets, helmets, PFDs). Leave valuables in the car (we’re not responsible for lost items on the river).

Yes. The Beach can be reserved as a private venue for larger celebrations, and we offer VIP seating for groups that want their own space without a full buyout. Availability is limited during peak season in June and July, so reach out early. Just let us know what you have in mind when you request your group quote.

It depends on the trip and the size of your party. Published per-person rates range from $65 for a short float to $555 for a two-day overnight with riverside camping, with most bachelor and bachelorette groups landing on a half-day or full-day trip in between. We run groups from a handful of people up to 100 or more. Larger parties are split across multiple rafts with their own guides, and we keep your crew together on the water and at The Beach afterward. Tell us your headcount and we will build it.
