The River guide Shaun was excellent- he made the trip fun. He was a great coach in guiding us down River. Had a great experience with Courtney in making my trip reservation. Safety is our top priority. All trips are led by certified, experienced guides. Every participant gets a thorough safety orientation, proper gear (wetsuits, helmets, PFDs), and we’ll match your group to the appropriate river section based on experience levels and comfort.

That’s completely normal, and we work with corporate groups all the time where fitness levels and outdoor experience vary widely. Our guides are skilled at making first-timers feel confident and supported. We’ll help you choose a trip that’s exciting but accessible for your entire group.

Corporate events book quickly, especially during peak season (June-August) and around popular company event dates. For larger groups, early planning helps ensure availability. Advanced reservations are highly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. This is not always the case; especially during peak season and on weekends.

Absolutely. The Beach restaurant & bar is on-site for post-trip dining. We can also help coordinate renting it out for your group, giving you space for meals, debriefs, and networking.

This is especially popular for client entertainment events and sales kickoffs where you want the experience to feel complete and well-hosted.

Yes. We’re equipped to handle corporate groups from 10 to 100+ people. Our basecamp is designed for large arrivals, and we can coordinate multiple rafts, staggered start times, and logistics to keep everything running smoothly.

We’ll provide clear pre-trip information so everyone knows exactly what to bring, but the basics are:

Clothes that can get wet (synthetic or quick-dry work best)
Secure footwear (no flip-flops)
Sunscreen
Towel and dry clothes for after

We provide all rafting gear (wetsuits, splash jackets, helmets, PFDs).

Once you submit a quote request, our team will follow up to confirm details, discuss your event goals, recommend the best trip options, answer questions about logistics and coordination, and discuss Beach reservations if you’re interested.
