Rafting Season:
The ideal rafting season on the Arkansas River runs from mid-May through early September. Early-season trips (mid-May to mid-June) feature high-water levels and intense, challenging rapids. Late June through July offers optimal flows and thrilling, technical whitewater. August and early September generally provide slightly lower water conditions, still suitable for advanced paddlers seeking continuous whitewater excitement.

Trips Run Rain or Shine:
Whitewater rafting is inherently wet and fun in any weather. We operate rain or shine, often providing exciting adventures during rainy conditions. Dress appropriately and prepare to experience the river in all its exhilarating conditions.

Adjustments to Trip Itineraries:
Safety and enjoyment remain our highest priorities. Occasionally, river conditions may necessitate route or schedule changes without advance notice. Such adjustments are always made with your safety and overall experience in mind.

Our Commitment to Safety:
Every trip down The Numbers is guided by highly experienced, Swiftwater Rescue-certified guides who are thoroughly trained in CPR and first aid. Detailed safety briefings, professional-quality equipment, and Coast Guard-approved Type V personal flotation devices (PFDs) ensure your safety on this thrilling adventure.

Swimming & Comfort Levels:
The Numbers rafting trips feature intense, continuous rapids. Participants should be physically fit, confident swimmers. Expect rigorous paddling and technical maneuvering through challenging rapids.

Liability Waivers:
All participants aged 18 and older must sign a liability waiver prior to departure. Guests under 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. This process ensures everyone understands the nature and risks associated with advanced rafting.
