Hiring: Experienced raft guides in Buena Vista, CO

River Runners is looking for experienced river guides in Buena Vista, Colorado for the summer rafting season. Successful applicants must complete training and qualification runs with a River Runners guide instructor. Raft Browns Canyon, Milk Run, Buena Vista Town Run, and Numbers sections of the Arkansas River.
Colorado raft guide requirements
Experienced in-state applicants will be required to provide a training log from an accredited Colorado company. Out-of-state applicants will be required to submit a training log from an accredited company and complete the Out-of-State Guide Minimum Qualification Form. All commercial raft guides in Colorado are required to have a current First Aid and CPR certification by an accredited institution (online courses are not accepted). Swift Water Rescue (SWR), Wilderness First Responder (WFR), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and/or other advanced training is preferred.
