River Runners Cancellation Policies

River Runners Day Trips

• If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your trip date, you will receive a refund less $10 per person cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made inside 14 days are not subject to refund. Your funds will be held in the form of a rain check – less $10/person – you can use to raft at a later date.
• All participants are required to complete and sign a waiver and release form. You can download a waiver and release form here.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature on their release form.
• Your trip price is based upon the number of people reserved. Number changes may affect your trip price, including group rates.
